Helium

One day Bob walked into a balloon shop.

Bob grabbed a helium tank and inhaled helium for several minutes until he grew dizzy.

Bob laughed. He sounded like a chipmunk on speed.

Bob left the shop dragging the tank behind him. He continued to laugh terrifying animals and humans alike.
