The Monkey

The monkey sat in a big tree.

The monkey was hungry. He ate the tree’s leaves.

The monkey did not like the leaves. The leaves were disgusting.

A boy walked by with some candy.

The monkey did not know the boy. The monkey thought.

He jumped from the tree and knocked over the boy. The monkey stole the boy’s candy and ate it.

The candy was a biscuit. The monkey died. The biscuit was poison.

Don’t take candy from strangers.
