Memory

One day, a man suffered a horrible accident which left him with no short-term memory. He recovered and continued his life.

On a cold, winter day he and his friend decided to play in the snow. The telephone rang in the house. The man with no short term memory ran to answer the phone. On the phone was the man’s brother. His brother asked if he would like to visit for the weekend. The man lacking short-term memory decided to go.

He hurriedly packed his bags and left his house, making sure to lock the door. The man got in his car and took off for the airport. The man’s friend stood outside watching as he left.

A few minutes after the man’s plane had taken off a blizzard struck. The friend was still outside as the cold winds began to blow. The following Monday the man returned. His friend’s body was buried by snow, looking as though he was trying to stay warm.

Stay away from snow.
