Hair Implant

One day Bob realized he was beginning to go bald.

He saw a commercial to disguise hair loss by attaching a toupee to the scalp with titanium pegs. He thought about how much nicer he would look. He went to the doctor and had the surgery.

When he awoke the doctor attached Bob’s toupee and handed him a mirror. Bob viewed his new hair.

Bob removed the toupee and admired his new pegs. Bob laughed.

Bob left the hospital continuing to laugh his @$$ off.
